Hi,  The parts list $40 for a Parallax.com HomeWork Board, $10 for LEDs and breadboard wires, $25 for two continuous rotation servos, FREE box and wheels and two rubber bands for wheel traction.  The programming probably took the most time for the test program.  Future programs will be developed and posted online;

The project was to help explain how to build a robot for the Oceanside Boys & Girls Club during the Spring Break for the National Robotics Week program ... "Beginners: BASIC Build a Robot" class. 

Teaching the class was fun, interesting and educational for myself and the kids ... Friday wasn't playing with the robots but the kids prefering that I keep testing them on binary counting and robot parts!  Great set of kids ... 100 kids ages 4-13 years old. 

The continuing education is now Wed.s & Fri.s ... at the Oceanside Boys & Girls Club ... and new classes start in May at the Crown Heights Community Center. 

I'm still looking for more sponsors to donate useful robots and parts and most importantly batteries ... batteries ... batteries!
